As long as we have a way to access the property, we can handle everything while you're at work, running errands, or just out of the house. We treat every home with the same care and professionalism whether you're there or not. For your first visit especially, some clients prefer to be around so they can walk us through any preferences but after that, most people hand over a key or access code and leave it with us completely.
Yes we arrive fully equipped with everything needed to clean your home. You don't have to stock up on supplies, track down specific products, or have anything ready before we show up. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment for every visit. That said, if you have a preferred product you'd like us to use on a specific surface a particular floor cleaner for your timber floors, a product you trust for your countertops, or something you use for allergies or sensitivities just let us know and we're happy to use what you provide for those areas.
